- Pay Range: $65K-$75K

We are looking to bring on a Business Analyst I with 1-4 years of experience. The role serves as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams running Agile delivery. The Business Analyst will run full SDLC projects bridging the gap between technical and functional domains.
Responsibilities include:
- Take and translate BRDs, define roadmaps/KPIs, and help drive software project deliverables.
- Use Jira for project management and perform hands‑on coordination/support of release planning, testing, and workflows.
- Participate in backlog management and work with Product Owners in executing Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Act as backup Scrum Master.
Personality-wise we need someone eager to grow and a continual learner through critical thinking. Strong communication skills and ability to interact and achieve goals while working with a variety of personalities are required.
Top Skills- 1-4 years of BA experience in software delivery
- Experience with Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Strong stakeholder communication (BRDs, risk analysis, KPIs, deliverables)
- Industry/Highly-regulated experience
- Scrum or BA certifications
