Product Manager

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in data stewardship or data governance roles, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of Customer, Marketing, and Loyalty data, including related processes, systems, and end-to-end data flows within the retail customer domain.
• Proven hands‑on experience with data quality management and data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, or similar platforms.
• In‑depth knowledge of product hierarchy structures across brick‑and‑mortar stores and eCommerce platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership presence, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to C‑suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
