* This role is mission‑critical to strengthening process clarity, operational discipline, and audit readiness across the Contract Logistics Healthcare Vertical-US. The Process Documentation Specialist will partner closely with Operations, Information Systems (IT), Transportation and Quality teams to capture, formalize, and publish clear, governed work instructions and process documentation. These materials define how operational systems interact with physical warehouse workflows and serve as foundational compliance artifacts for regulatory and client audits.

** How you create impact*
* Conduct structured information‑gathering sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders across Operations, IS (Information Systems), Transportation and Quality

Translate operational workflows into clear, organized, and audit‑ready work instructions

Develop documentation that accurately reflects system‑process integration within warehouse operations

Facilitate stakeholder validation sessions to ensure accuracy and alignment

Secure formal approvals prior to publishing final documentation

Maintain strict version control and ensure all documents are archived within the KN Docs central repository

Establish and refine repeatable documentation governance processes where appropriate

Delivery of clear, structured, audit‑ready documentation aligned with KN formatting standards

Improved audit readiness and overall compliance posture

** What we would like you to bring*
* Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, IT, or Business Administration or equivalent experience is preferred

5-7 years of experience in the warehousing or 3PL space, healthcare distrobution is preferred

3-5 years experience in process documentation, technical writing, or similar role

3+ years of experience in regulated environments or audit‑sensitive operations

1+ year(s) of experience working with warehouse management systems or logistics workflows

Experience in documentation governance frameworks or controlled document repositories and system

Experience in standardizing complex operational workflows into clear, user‑friendly documentation

Approximately 50% travel is required
