Are you looking to make a move to a positive environment, be appreciated for your knowledge and skill? Or perhaps you have your own inspection business and are ready to just do what you enjoy, home inspections. We are looking for the right people to join our Team.

We have a full time position open for a licensed home inspector. The role primarily covers Dallas, Collin and Rockwall, Tarrant, Kaufman, Hunt, Denton counties.

The Benefits of Working With Us Are Simple:
  • You’ll have the name, reputation, and instant credibility coming out the gate. Our quality is known throughout the region, making getting hired for inspection work easy and painless.
  • Benefits offered include paid holidays, paid time off, car allowance/or company car!
  • We provide a paid 6 week training program in the field to build your confidence and knowledge.
  • You’ll also get our in‑house sales, marketing, PR through social media, networking, and lead-generation to keep your schedule full.
  • You do no marketing! Very limited networking may be requested a few times a year, but only if you are comfortable doing it.

What that means for you, is every inspector is given a say in the day‑to‑day workings of the firm. What doesn’t work for our inspectors doesn’t work at Pillar To Post.
  • We have advanced inspection career capabilities that allow our inspectors to grow as specialists or grow in leadership. This provides a greater opportunity for the inspector to truly grow as the company grows.
The Commitment from You:
  • Our attitude is simple:
