TC3 Coordinator

The T3C Service Package Coordinator manages service package processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, providers, and stakeholders to support service delivery and adherence to DFPS requirements.

• Coordinate service package transitions, updates, renewals, and expirations
• Monitor compliance and maintain accurate data across multiple systems (Impact, ECAP, Webfaces)
• Track provider credentialing progress and support readiness requirements
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve service capacity
• Review and process service package changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support financial reconciliation and identify payment or system inconsistencies
• Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness
• Serve as a primary point of contact for providers and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
• Experience in child welfare, foster care, or provider operations preferred
• Knowledge of DFPS systems or service package processes is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license (if driving for agency business)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
