Invoicing Support Representative

Location:

Coppell, TX. In this role you will perform billing functions as well as other administrative and customer service job responsibilities. The position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, organized individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for creating, verifying, and processing daily invoices
  • Provide administrative support for all departments
  • Receive daily job tickets, check tickets for description of work completed, extra parts used on the job, and required paperwork
  • Audit job costs entered in the billing system and printed on tentative registers to billed amount daily, to assure costing is in line with the billed amount
  • Maintain project folders where required, as needed
  • Meet production goals and month‑end processing requirements
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Detail oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast‑paced work environment
  • Computer proficiency is required
