Pearls is seeking a Vice President of Healthcare Growth & Consulting to help expand our healthcare practice. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare consulting, digital transformation strategy, and product engineering.
This is not a traditional software sales role. The Vice President will open new healthcare client relationships, shape complex transformation opportunities, and help clients translate strategic priorities into consulting and technology programs.
This role carries a named new business revenue target and responsibility for developing and closing significant transformation engagements.
The ideal candidate is comfortable in CXO-level transformation conversations and working sessions with consulting, product, and engineering leaders to shape custom engagements. You understand how to translate a health plan's business challenge into a consulting-led transformation program – not just a technology project.
A NOTE ONTHE ROLE
This position is designed for a consulting-led growth leader, not a traditional product sales role.
Successful candidates typically come from consulting or transformation backgrounds where they have shaped complex client engagements, built executive relationships, and translated strategic challenges into large-scale programs.
This role is particularly well-suited for leaders who have served as consulting principals, client partners, or transformation leaders within healthcare consulting or digital transformation firms and are ready to apply that experience within a high-growth technology partner environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DOLead New Client Development & Drive Revenue
- Develop and close new transformation engagements with health plans, MCOs, and healthcare technology organizations.
- Own a named new business revenue target and develop a portfolio of healthcare transformation opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior healthcare executives and serve as a strategic advisor from initial conversations through contract execution.
- Represent 10
Pearls in the healthcare market through executive dialogue, industry engagement, and thought leadership.
- Translate client business challenges into consulting-led transformation roadmaps and technology-enabled programs.
- Partner with consulting, product, and engineering leaders to define solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Lead deal-shaping efforts that position 10
Pearls as a strategic transformation partner rather than a common delivery vendor.
- Cultivate CXO-level relationships across healthcare organizations.
- Lead executive conversations around digital transformation, AI-enabled healthcare capabilities, and product innovation.
- Maintain relationships throughout engagement life cycles to support long-term partnerships and expansion.
- Work closely with consulting, design, and engineering leaders to scope engagements and ensure successful outcomes.
- Operate as a player-coach – engaging strategically with clients while remaining connected to delivery realities.
- Help build client references and case studies that support future growth.

Pearls's healthcare capabilities and offerings. - Mentor commercial and delivery leaders in client development and relationship management.
- Help strengthen the reputation and consulting posture of the healthcare practice.
You are a consulting-minded growth leader who can bridge strategy, transformation, and technology – and who has the relationships and commercial track record to open and close significant new business.
You are comfortable operating in executive conversations while collaborating closely with delivery teams to bring complex transformation initiatives to life.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, digital transformation, strategic technology services, or healthcare-focused business development.
