JOB DESCRIPTION: We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to enhance our team in the role of Senior Customer Sales Analyst. This pivotal position combines sales expertise with a focus on generating valuable business insights and recommendations for unit and revenue growth. As a Senior Customer Sales Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering impactful category research to Customer Business Teams.

• Works closely with sales team to deliver insights and strategies to help drive sales, sell-through, and profit.
• Become a subject matter expert in multiple external operating systems like 1world sync, Syndigo, and Nielsen.
• Creates and develops ad-hoc reports as needed for sales, support teams and executive leadership.
• Assist in developing presentations for retailer reviews or monthly connects.
• Assist with customer administration, which includes completing new Item forms, item setup, submitting promotions and other items.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years of CPG experience.
• Experience with Nielsen and 1world Sync.
• Proven analytical and category management skills.
• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze, summarize and effectively present data.
• Good organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Occasional travel.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. required.
