Senior Director, Commercial Supply Chain Consulting

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Commercial Supply Chain Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross‑functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Location:

Dallas, TX – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $240,000 – $325,000 annually.

• Lead supply chain transformation projects for various industries including Consumer Goods and Utilities
• Assess and improve current‑state operational models to identify optimization opportunities
• Design advanced future‑state supply chain architectures incorporating AI and predictive analytics
• Advise executives on modernization aligned with regulatory and sustainability goals
• Develop end‑to‑end supply chain strategies tailored to operational needs
• Oversee vendor selection and contract development for strategic sourcing initiatives
• Build relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities

• 10+ years in supply chain consulting or large‑scale transformation roles
• Prior experience at Senior Manager or Director level in consulting or internal consulting
• Strong background in end‑to‑end supply chain operations
• Demonstrated business development experience in identifying opportunities and expanding client relationships
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven success in leading cross‑functional teams and managing multiple work streams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for influencing senior leaders
