The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering corporate vendor and supplier programs that support the company's business operations. This position partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to provide program administration, procurement support, supplier compliance, and reporting while promoting efficient, standardized, and cost-effective business operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer corporate operational programs, including travel, mobile devices, shipping, and the corporate credit card program, while serving as the primary point of contact for employee support.
  • Coordinate competitive sourcing activities, including RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, and procurement recommendations.
  • Manage vendor relationships by monitoring performance, contract compliance, service quality, billing accuracy, and resolving service or payment issues.
  • Develop strategic supplier partnerships and analyze spend to optimize contract utilization, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain procurement data and prepare reports on spend, supplier performance, compliance, and key performance indicators to support business decisions.
  • Support supplier governance initiatives, including ESG, supplier diversity, and Supplier Code of Conduct compliance.
  • Develop, document, and improve procurement policies, procedures, and standardized workflows in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support procurement initiatives and ensure consistent service delivery across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma is required, as well as three to five years of related experience and/or training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
