Role Summary
The Senior Director, Product Management – Enterprise Strategic Initiatives is responsible for leading the execution of high-impact product initiatives that span multiple brands and enterprise functions. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, this role partners closely with Brand Product Directors to deliver shared capabilities, coordinate cross-brand priorities, and accelerate strategic initiatives that create enterprise value.
The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative product leader who excels at influencing without direct ownership, navigating complex organizations, and delivering measurable business outcomes through modern product management practices and AI-enabled innovation.
Responsibilities Enterprise Product Delivery- Lead the execution of enterprise product initiatives that impact four or more brands.
- Partner with Brand Product leads to translate enterprise priorities into actionable product plans.
- Drive alignment across cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery of shared capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to standardize solutions, reduce duplication, and improve scalability across brands.
- Coordinate enterprise roadmap dependencies and facilitate cross‑brand planning activities.
- Track initiative health, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Build strong partnerships with Brand Product leads to identify opportunities for shared investments and reusable capabilities.
- Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, Architecture, Data, AI, Marketing, and Operations.
- Resolve cross‑functional challenges and proactively manage competing priorities.
- Ensure enterprise initiatives support brand objectives while delivering long‑term organizational value.
- Drive communication and transparency across participating teams.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency across multiple brands.
- Partner with Engineering to evaluate and implement AI‑powered capabilities such as personalization, intelligent search, conversational experiences, predictive insights, and automation.
- Champion responsible AI adoption by considering customer value, privacy, governance, and measurable business impact.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications that improve product outcomes.
- Lead enterprise‑wide adoption of AI‑driven product management practices, embedding AI capabilities across the full product lifecycle (research, discovery, roadmap planning, execution, and analytics) to improve speed, insight quality, and strategic decision‑making.
- Define and operationalize AI‑enabled PM frameworks and tools, establishing standards, reusable playbooks, and governance to drive consistency, scalability, and measurable business impact.
- Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, data, design, and business leaders to identify high‑value AI use cases, prioritize investments, and translate insights into differentiated product strategies and outcomes.
- Build and mentor high‑performing product teams, elevating AI fluency, fostering experimentation, and driving a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and continuous innovation.
- Lead discovery efforts for enterprise initiatives using customer research, Voice of Customer (VOC), analytics, stakeholder feedback, and market trends.
- Validate opportunities through experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative learning.
- Define measurable success criteria before product investment.
- Promote data‑driven decision‑making across enterprise initiatives.
- Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and ROI analyses for enterprise initiatives.
- Support enterprise portfolio planning and prioritization in partnership with Product leadership.
