As a Global Inventory Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring Danfoss Climate Solutions delivers the right products, at the right time, across our global network. Your work will help balance service levels, cash flow, and cost — directly supporting our customers and business growth.

• Take ownership of the global inventory strategy, performance and target process, working across sites and regions.
• Manage inventory reporting and KPI analysis, including Stock Turns, DOI, DOC, and excess & obsolete.
• Identify gaps to target, recommend corrective actions, and balance service levels, cash, and cost.
• Standardize inventory control procedures and best practices across regions.
• Develop and improve reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) for data-driven decision making.

• Significant experience in inventory management role within a multisite, international organization.
• Proven ability to take ownership of direction and facilitate projects with cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning and optimization methodologies, with solid financial acumen.
• Analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in SIOP/S&OP processes.
