  • Identify and address behavioral, organizational, and operational barriers to adoption
  • Partner with leaders to reinforce accountability for sustained change
  • Define and track change, adoption, and utilization metrics for enterprise programs
  • Partner with Value Management to validate that adoption is driving expected outcomes
  • Provide transparent reporting on change effectiveness for enterprise initiatives
  • Partner with executive sponsors and program leaders on the company’s most critical enterprise priorities and programs
  • Ensure change management is integrated into the planning, execution, and sustainment of enterprise programs
  • Focus change efforts on initiatives that materially impact enterprise outcomes, speed, and customer experience
  • Align change strategy with the intent and objectives of enterprise programs such as Lead to-Cash
  • Serve as the change lead for priority enterprise programs, working directly with program, business, and delivery leaders
  • Design and execute practical, outcome-oriented change approaches tailored to each program
  • Ensure changes are embedded into day-to-day operations and sustained beyond program completion
  • Partner with executive sponsors and senior leaders to build alignment and visible sponsorship
  • Identify gaps between program delivery and realized value and recommend corrective actions

  • Executive-level communication and influencing skills
  • Outcome-driven and business-focused
  • Comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving environments
  • Proven experience working on complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
  • Strong program-level execution mindset
  • Experience partnering closely with program, business, and technology leaders
  • Ability to balance structure with pragmatism
  • 10–12+ years of experience leading change and adoption for large-scale enterprise programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
