The Private Dining Lead serves as the liaison between the event sales team and event execution team to ensure all parties have a detailed understanding of scheduled events and each client's expectations. Reports to the Private Events Sales Manager and General Manager of Restaurants.
* Communicates with the sales team and clients to meet all requests
* Coordinates client requests in a timely manner
* Develops menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) together with the store team for private dining events
* Follows up on special orders with management staff and kitchen
* Performs other duties as required or assigned
