About the role:
As a Consulting Manager—Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will lead change management work streams across enterprise transformation programs and drive successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and technologies. You will partner with program leaders, client stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications:- 6–8+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within large‑scale transformation programs.
- Experience working within program or project management environments and leading work streams.
- Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
- Proven client‑facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills.
- 8–10+ years leading full‑scale OCM initiatives for SAP S/4
HANA and/or SAP ECC programs. - Strong experience developing OCM strategy, training, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness plans.
- Experience with SAP Enable Now or Walk Me.
- Proven client‑facing consulting experience.
- Embodiment of the Cognizant Way to Lead and Cognizant Values.
- Experience leading projects or work streams within enterprise transformation programs.
- Exposure to program management frameworks or delivery models.
- Experience working in global, matrixed environments.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
We believe hybrid work is the way forward. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Dallas, TX
.
The annual salary for this position is between $81,450 - $129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
