Job Description
Summary:
The Brokerage Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Capital Markets team through the full lifecycle of investment sales transactions. This position coordinates strategic marketing initiatives, manages transaction deliverables, and ensures a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines professional polish, market awareness, and operational excellence to serve as a key liaison between clients, brokers, and internal teams, maintaining a detailed understanding of each transaction’s stage and status.
- Business Development & Marketing Coordination:
Serve as a direct point of contact for client deliverables and communications, ensuring tailored materials and messaging. Act as a client liaison throughout the transaction process, maintaining proactive communication for high satisfaction. Collaborate with brokers, leadership, and internal teams—including marketing and research—to produce high‑quality, data‑driven, client‑facing deliverables such as Offering Memorandums, presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials. Maintain and proactively manage a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities, driving relationship‑building initiatives and outreach strategies. - Transaction & Project Management:
Track and monitor the full deal cycle, maintaining comprehensive understanding of transaction status, key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple assignments. Prepare and manage transaction documentation such as confidentiality agreements, contracts, and closing materials. Oversee day‑to‑day transaction activities and timelines, ensuring efficient execution and clear communication. Collaborate closely with financial analysts, marketing, and research teams to package and present financial analyses and underwriting assumptions in a client‑ready format.
Run market surveys and compile space/building options for client presentations. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Support team operations, including travel planning, expense management, and client event coordination. Maintain CRM systems and ensure data accuracy for pipeline reporting and client tracking. Coordinate client meetings, internal planning sessions, and key milestones—including agendas, follow‑ups, and action items.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in commercial real estate, capital markets, or a related business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and InDesign.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environment.
The compensation for the position is: $69,700.00 - $82,000.00. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
