Beauty & Salon
The Senior Specialist, Beauty & Salon plays a key role in supporting execution across the Beauty & Salon division. Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy & Operations, this position provides operational, project, and administrative support across Brand Strategy, Events & Experiences, Space Planning, and other strategic initiatives. The role partners with cross‑functional teams to help ensure projects, communications, and business priorities are executed efficiently while supporting the continued growth of the Beauty & Salon business.

Key Partnerships:
Beauty & Salon Buying Team, Education & Services, Beauty Operations Team & Other Cross‑functional members
- Partners with Brand Manager, Experience Manager and Space & Productivity Manager to execute Salon & Beauty initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for store‑level support, addressing store inquiries through two‑way communication channels.
- Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of team resources, templates, guides, and process documentation.
- Organize, inventory, and maintain product samples, marketing materials, and gratis for meetings, events, and business needs.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for events, experiences, meetings, and cross‑functional initiatives, including volunteer coordination and communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance team efficiency.
- Assist with special projects and evolving business priorities as assigned.
