** Analyst / Associate – Consultant Relations & Sales Support

**** About the Role
** We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Analyst / Associate to join our Consultant Relations & Sales Support team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to build a long-term career in sales and investor relations. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to Investor Relations (IR) and consultant coverage, providing a strong foundation for future growth within the sales organization.

** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Sales Support:
** Directly support the Global Head of Consultant Coverage; liaise with consultant and sales professionals on meeting preparation, follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and CRM management.
* ** RFP/RFI & DDQ Management:
** Coordinate and contribute to the completion of consultant questionnaires, requests for proposals, and due diligence requests.
* ** Market Intelligence:
** Monitor consultant activity, track search updates, and maintain up-to-date records on consultant preferences and priorities.
* ** Meetings, Presentations & Materials Preparation:
** Help coordinate road shows and meetings; develop pitch books, consultant-facing materials, and performance updates tailored to specific audiences.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration:

** Partner with investment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow to consultants and prospects.
* ** Database & Reporting:
** Maintain and update consultant databases, ensuring data integrity and producing regular activity reports for leadership.
* ** AI-Enabled Workflow Support:
** Leverage AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other approved platforms, to streamline meeting preparation, summarize consultant interactions, support content development, and improve efficiency across sales support workflows.
* ** Data Insights & Automation:
** Assist in identifying opportunities to use AI, automation, and data tools to enhance CRM accuracy, reporting, pipeline tracking, consultant intelligence, and overall team productivity.

* Experience:

** Approximately 2 years of experience in alternative asset management, the investment consulting ecosystem, or a related financial services environment.

* Education:

** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field; candidates with strong academic performance in math- or science-focused disciplines may also be considered.
* ** Organizational

Skills:

** Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* ** Communication:
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an engaging, personable demeanor that builds rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
