One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Junior Analyst located in Dallas, TX.

Position Summary: The Junior Analyst is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, early-career professional who is eager to learn, grow, and gain direct exposure to company ownership and executive leadership.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Assistant, this individual will partner closely with the CEO, ownership, and senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, business operations, financial analysis, executive projects, and day-to-day workflow across the platform.

This is not a traditional analyst role. It is designed for someone who wants a front-row seat to how a private investment and real estate company operates. The successful candidate will quickly become a trusted member of the executive office, gaining hands-on experience across investments, development, hospitality, operations, finance, and executive decision-making.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized, resourceful, and willing to do whatever it takes to help move the business forward. Every day will be different, offering unmatched exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for professional growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

Strategic Analysis & Executive Projects

  • Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making.
  • Prepare Excel models, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Assist with investment, development, operational, and strategic initiatives.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
  • Help track key projects and ensure deadlines are met.

Executive Office Support

  • Work alongside the Chief Executive Assistant to support the CEO and ownership.
  • Help manage priorities, follow-up items, and executive workflow.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, presentations, and project deliverables.
  • Prepare agendas, presentation materials, and meeting summaries.
  • Assist with confidential projects and executive communications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Development, Hospitality, Construction, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Help solve business challenges through research and analysis.
  • Improve internal processes and organization.
  • Support special projects across multiple client companies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field preferred , but equivalent experience, internships, or demonstrated aptitude will also be considered.
  • 0 2 years of professional experience or relevant internships.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally between Dallas and Aledo.
