- Maintain complete product compliance and import-readiness records and supporting documentation.
- Research and monitor regulatory requirements across the U.S., Canada, the UK, and the EU, and communicate regulatory updates to internal teams.
- Partner with Product, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Import Operations, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Marketing to resolve compliance issues and enable successful product launches.

- 5+ years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, consumer product safety, or U.S. import compliance.
- Hands-on experience supporting the importation of regulated consumer products into the United States.
- Experience reviewing products and supporting documentation for U.S. import readiness before shipment.
- Working knowledge of U.S. regulatory agencies and import processes, including FDA, CPSC, and CBP requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar regulations, identify key risks, and develop practical business solutions.
- Experience importing food, beverages, toys, candy, or general consumer merchandise into the United States.
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers, customs brokers, import teams, testing laboratories, and government agencies.
- Experience with FDA food and import requirements, including facility registration, Prior Notice, FSVP, food labeling, or import detention matters.
