Lighthouse in Dallas is hiring a Revenue Manager for Independent Hotels to lead bespoke rate, yield, and distribution strategies for a diverse hotel portfolio in the AMER region.
You will drive weekly strategy calls with owners and GMs, implement PMS/CRS transitions, and optimize online distribution and direct bookings using AI forecasting tools. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 2–3 days per week.
