Assoc, Project Management

Associate, Project Management with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver complex and strategic cross-divisional technological initiatives. Coordinate with a broad group of stakeholders to analyze and meet regulatory demands and mitigate business risks.

Requires:
Masters degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Information Management or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related role or Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Information Management or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related role.

Prior work experience must include two (2) years of experience (with a Masters degree) or four (4) years of experience (with a Bachelors degree) with:

• business and process analysis for operational and engineering workflows, goals, and metrics;
• project management software tools including Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Projects;
• business intelligence tools including Microsoft Excel Modeling, Tableau, or PowerBI;
• hands on experience in end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope definition, OKR frameworks, identification of cross-functional project dependencies, issue and risk management, status reporting, and User Acceptance Test execution;
• software development methodologies including Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and Waterfall models.
