The position offers an opportunity to work with external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks. You will be communicating with global business partners to understand changes in process and implementing process changes in-house.

• Review and identify possible errors in processed activity in WSO Web, Global and Trade audit
• Research processing issues
• Address emails and Freshdesk query in a timely manner

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

• Experience with loan services
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Available to work extended hours for Quarter and Month end
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Strong work ethic – organized, detail oriented, analytical, time management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
• WSO experience
