For our client, we are seeking a Consulting Senior Director - Innosight Healthcare Provider Strategy & Innovation to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross‑functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.
The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.
Location:
Dallas, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $235,000 – $275,000 annually
Responsibilities- Advise healthcare executives on strategic, growth, and innovation priorities
- Lead multi-workstream enterprise strategy engagements for healthcare organizations
- Originate and close substantial new consulting engagements
- Develop long-term relationships with senior decision-makers in healthcare
- Shape innovative strategies by evaluating disruptive market forces and new growth opportunities
- Frame and analyze complex problems to provide actionable recommendations
- Oversee client engagement excellence and ensure high delivery quality
- 10+ years of consulting experience in healthcare provider strategy and innovation
- Proven track record of business development in management consulting
- Deep understanding of healthcare provider operations and market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale consulting engagements successfully
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills to advise C‑suite clients
