Business Development Manager – Real Estate

A leading law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager – Real Estate for its Dallas office, with travel expected to its West Coast offices, on a full-time basis.

This role serves as the primary marketing and business development professional for assigned real estate practice areas, acting as a strategic partner to practice leaders on growth, visibility, and client engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and tracking business development plans, advising senior attorneys on market positioning and competitive differentiation, managing practice-area budgets, and leading responses to RFPs and major pitches. The Manager also drives cross-selling across practices and offices, oversees directory and awards submissions, manages marketing collateral and content strategy, and partners with PR and Communications on visibility initiatives.

Additional duties include CRM oversight, event strategy, and supervising and mentoring coordinators and assistants on the team.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 6–10 years of experience in marketing, business development, or professional services, with legal or professional services experience strongly preferred. Strong business acumen, leadership and people management skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior attorneys are essential. Experience with CRM systems and platforms like Foundation or Qorus Docs is a plus.
