KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Chief Digital & Marketing Officer and Transformation Director to define transformation goals, strategic projects, KPIs, and success metrics.

Lead the planning and execution of allocated business transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with the wider business to identify opportunities for operational improvement, digital transformation, and innovation.

Manage change processes, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Distil requirements and concepts from throughout the business to create commercial and robust data-driven solutions to complex problems.

Use advanced business analysis, data modelling and commercial storytelling skills to provide insightful analysis to senior stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to translate requirements and manage expectations.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the transformation lifecycleKEY CAPABILITIESAbility to identify pain points and effective solutions

Effective leadership and story telling to develop buy-in from teams, customers and stakeholders on strategic direction

Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including risk management, project team and stakeholder management and meet determined time frames

Strong data analysis skills to use data to facilitate effective decision making and drive change

Strong commercial acumen to plan and deliver successful business outcomesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 years of experience in Transformation, Consulting or Distribution roles delivering effective change

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Distribution, Engineering or Computer Science
