Related Digital is seeking a Supply Chain Manager – Electrical to lead the planning, execution, and delivery assurance of electrical Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment across our growing data center portfolio.

This role serves as the primary owner of electrical infrastructure supply chain execution, providing end-to-end visibility into equipment demand, manufacturing progress, integration activities, logistics readiness, delivery commitments, supplier performance, and operational readiness. The position is responsible for ensuring critical electrical infrastructure is delivered safely, reliably, and in alignment with project objectives, commissioning requirements, and portfolio delivery schedules.

The Supply Chain Manager – Electrical will work closely with Procurement, Development, Design, Construction, OEM partners, Integrators, Trade Contractors, Commissioning teams, White Space Fit-Out teams, and Operations to proactively identify risks, drive accountability across external partners, and ensure electrical infrastructure is available when and where it is required.

OFCI Planning & Execution
  • Lead execution of electrical OFCI equipment programs across the project portfolio.
  • Maintain visibility into equipment demand, sourcing activities, manufacturing schedules, and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate equipment planning activities with Procurement, Development, Design, and Construction teams.
  • Support the development and execution of portfolio-level delivery strategies for critical electrical infrastructure.
Portfolio Standardization & Program Development
  • Support the development and implementation of portfolio-wide standards governing electrical OFCI equipment planning, manufacturing visibility, FAT/FWT execution, logistics management, integrator coordination, commissioning readiness, and turnover activities.
  • Drive consistency in equipment tracking, reporting, milestone management, and risk identification across all projects.
  • Partner with Procurement, Design, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and scalability.
  • Support development of preferred supplier, preferred integrator, and standard equipment strategies that improve predictability, reduce complexity, and enhance execution performance.
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously refine supply chain processes, tools, and operating procedures to improve portfolio outcomes.
  • Support development of repeatable reporting, dashboards, metrics, and governance mechanisms that provide leadership with consistent visibility across all projects.
  • Promote adoption of best practices, workflow automation, AI-enabled analytics, and digital solutions that improve efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and decision making.
Manufacturer & Integrator Management
  • Serve as the primary business contact for electrical OEMs, manufacturers, suppliers, and integrators.
  • Monitor performance against contractual commitments, project schedules, and manufacturing milestones.
  • Lead supplier and Integrator performance discussions, issue resolution activities, and recovery planning efforts.
  • Drive accountability across external partners to ensure successful project execution.
Manufacturing Visibility & Delivery Assurance
  • Maintain visibility in manufacturing schedules, production milestones, and equipment readiness activities.
  • Track equipment status through fabrication, assembly, testing, integration, logistics, and project delivery.
  • Identify production constraints and develop mitigation plans before project milestones are impacted.
  • Provide leadership with timely and accurate visibility into schedule risks and delivery performance.
FAT/FWT & Quality Readiness
  • Coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Factory Witness Testing (FWT) activities.
  • Ensure equipment testing activities align with project schedules and commissioning objectives.
  • Support issue management, corrective action planning, and quality related recovery activities.
  • Verify testing documentation and readiness requirements prior to shipment.
