** Purpose of the job
** We are seeking a Product Manager to join our global team and drive the strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact product initiatives across multiple markets. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, ensuring that product outcomes deliver measurable value  ideal candidate combines strong product intuition with solid technical depth, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams to shape solutions, define clear requirements, and contribute to technical design discussions.

You will operate in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment, working seamlessly with stakeholders across regions, cultures, and time zones.

This role requires a leader who is highly structured and data-driven, with a strong focus on customer needs and business outcomes. You will play a key role in aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision, translating complex challenges into clear priorities, and ensuring successful execution from discovery through delivery.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company objectives.
* Partner closely with engineering, architecture, UX/UI, operations, and commercial teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
* Work directly with development teams on technical requirements, product architecture discussions, integrations, APIs, dependencies, and delivery planning.
* Translate complex business and operational needs into detailed product requirements and technical specifications.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives across global teams and stakeholders.
* Drive product discovery, user research, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
* Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
* Identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints early to support efficient execution.
** Knowledge, skills and experience required
