Senior Director, Product Management – Enterprise Strategic Initiatives

The Senior Director, Product Management – Enterprise Strategic Initiatives is responsible for leading the execution of high-impact product initiatives that span multiple brands and enterprise functions. This role partners closely with Brand Product Directors to deliver shared capabilities, coordinate cross-brand priorities, and accelerate strategic initiatives that create enterprise value.

The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative product leader who excels at influencing without direct ownership, navigating complex organizations, and delivering measurable business outcomes through modern product management practices and AI-enabled innovation.

Qualifications – Experience & Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required
• 10+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise-scale digital products
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience leading cross-brand, enterprise, or shared capability initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile product development and modern Product Operating Models
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders across highly matrixed organizations
• Experience developing business cases, investment recommendations, and product roadmaps
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Experience with in multi-brand retail, eCommerce, or consumer-facing organizations is highly desirable
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, composable commerce, or enterprise digital platforms is a strong plus
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), customer identity, personalization, experimentation, or shared digital capabilities
• Experience launching AI-enabled products or implementing AI within Product Management practices is beneficial
• Familiarity with Generative AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation is a plus
• Experience working within cross-functional Product PODs consisting of Product, Engineering, and Architecture is advantageous
