Program​/Project Management Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Program/Project Management Lead for a Contract job with a client in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Project Management, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities, manage event planning initiatives, and drive operational excellence.

Rate Range: $58/hour to $61/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Program/Project Management Lead job responsibilities include:

* Develop and maintain detailed event plans to support upcoming events, venues, and operational activities within assigned locations.

* Identify potential service impacts, risks, and disruptions while implementing mitigation strategies to optimize operational performance.

* Support the ongoing management and maintenance of key venues, pickup/drop-off locations, and high-traffic areas.

* Collaborate with venue operators, community groups, and local stakeholders to support operational changes and event readiness.

* Monitor service quality metrics and proactively investigate, escalate, and resolve operational issues.

Desired

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred.

* 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Operations Coordination, or Event Planning.

* Strong project planning, organizational, and execution skills.

* Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

* Experience tracking operational metrics and providing executive-level reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience supporting large-scale events, transportation operations, hospitality, or venue management.

* Knowledge of local market operations, traffic patterns, and customer experience initiatives.

* Experience with risk management, operational readiness, and process improvement programs.

* Familiarity with project management tools and reporting platforms.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $61.00 per hour
