The Lead Tech Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver customer centric software solutions and meet business objectives. This role is expected to use AI enabled tools in day to day product work to improve efficiency, requirement quality, analysis, documentation, and decision support, while also identifying opportunities to apply AI to improve human channel experiences for customers, frontline experts, and support teams.
Requires familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices, service oriented architecture, product analytics, and responsible use of AI in product discovery, delivery, and experience optimization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define and prioritize the technical product roadmap by collaborating with cross functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.
- Guide product development by defining and communicating detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Use AI enabled tools to accelerate day to day product management activities, including research synthesis, requirement drafting, backlog analysis, test scenario identification, dependency tracking, and quality reviews.
- Ensure technical product viability, desirability, and alignment with business goals by establishing success criteria and monitoring product performance.
- Work closely with Architecture and Engineering on technical design and to identify and manage critical dependencies.
- Identify and shape AI enabled opportunities that improve human channel experiences, including guided workflows, expert decision support, customer context, proactive recommendations, quality controls, and simplified interactions across assisted channels.
- Participate in sprint planning and support feature refinement, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert and acknowledged authority within the organization for assigned product(s) or product line(s).
- Assigned complex products or product lines. Experience managing complex or high priority technical products, and may have more influence on strategic decisions related to the product.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
- Experience working with highly technical software products.
- 5-8 years experience.
- Deep technical knowledge, experience applying AI or generative AI tools to improve productivity, quality, requirements clarity, product analysis, or customer and employee experience outcomes preferred.
