Role: Senior Manager in Strategy and M&A Advisory
Responsibilities- Lead and manage engagements related to pre-deal due diligence, integration, and separation services
- Contribute to proposal development and business development by leveraging relationships with C-level executives
- Oversee cross-functional project teams, facilitate workshops, and lead interviews
- Develop and present final project deliverables
- Ensure engagement quality and support staff development
- At least five years of experience in M&A integration and separation within consulting or corporate strategy, especially in Supply Chain
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- Experience managing multiple complex M&A initiatives across the full lifecycle
- Strong consulting, analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Operational exposure across HR, IT, Finance, Legal functions
- Ability to travel 50%-75%; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
