The OpportunityBlack & Veatch is seeking an exceptional professional to join our Infrastructure Advisory organization as a Manager to deliver strategic asset management projects for clients, primarily in the Texas market. Infrastructure Advisory focuses on the lifecycle management of assets and supports a portfolio of solutions, including Asset Management & Operations & Maintenance, Infrastructure Technology, Cybersecurity Solutions, Planning, and Transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and manage technical work for asset management assessments (including ISO 55001) and development of Strategic Asset Management Plans.
- Develop and implement asset management programs.
- Plan asset investments, evaluate business cases, and prioritize capital.
- Conduct risk and resilience assessments.
- Act as project manager or technical lead on asset management projects locally and nationally.
- Provide technical subject‑matter expertise, apply best practices, and recommend solutions.
- Perform data analysis and develop technical reports.
- Lead client meetings and workshops, develop presentations, and communicate effectively.
- Support business development activities; lead scope, schedule, and budget development.
- Master's degree preferred.
- A IAM Certificate in Asset Management.
- Experience in the Texas water/wastewater industry.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; at least 7 years of experience in a business or consulting environment.
