Workforce Intelligence Consultant
As a Workforce Intelligence Consultant supporting the Workforce Planning Team, you'll leverage Workday and Adaptive to deliver workforce reporting, analytics, financial modeling, and headcount forecasting that support strategic business decisions. You'll design dashboards and reports, translate data into actionable insights, and partner with stakeholders to measure targets, develop roadmaps, and support change management initiatives. Working across Position Management, Contingent Workforce, and Enterprise Workforce Planning functions, you'll help develop workforce planning methodologies, processes, and tools that enable effective decision-making throughout the organization.
Responsibilities include developing influential visuals and presentations, building analytical solutions, serving as the expert in designing and operating a scalable environment for information flow, promoting workforce intelligence across the company, and assisting with OFCCP audits.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include expertise in analytics, ability to build data products, attention to detail, logical reasoning, and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
Advanced level experience in human resources, HR support, or HRIS reporting. Preferred experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, SQL, financial modeling, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Physical abilities include performing work duties from a limited space work station for extended periods, communicating in English, and using a computer and office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy.
Other qualifications include maintaining a well-groomed appearance, being a U.S. citizen or having authorization to work in the U.S., being at least 18 years of age, and complying with company attendance standards.
