Financial Analyst, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Total Rewards Specialist V
Moffatt & Nichol specializes in large complex waterfront infrastructure projects and is recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in this field. The Total Rewards Specialist V is Moffatt & Nichol's compensation subject-matter expert and the analytical engine behind its global total rewards programs. On compensation, the role is the firm's recognized authority — leading market pricing, job architecture, and the annual pay and incentive cycles.
Across benefits, the role is responsible for the financial analysis rather than program strategy or ownership: it develops the methods and models used to analyze global benefits spend, cost trends, and drivers by country, and delivers rigorous analysis and reporting that inform the decisions made by Benefits leadership. The role also leads the development of the HR team's artificial-intelligence capability and applies its analytical strength to benefits invoicing and to the financial analysis supporting the Company's self-insured plans.
Operating with broad latitude, the role defines the best approaches to complex analytical problems, leads major initiatives, mentors less-experienced team members, and serves as a trusted compensation and analytical advisor. It does not own benefits strategy or benefits program decisions — those remain with Benefits leadership; the role's contribution is analytical rigor, sound methods, and compensation expertise. Routine, recurring execution is directed and reviewed rather than personally performed.
This will be a part time position based in the Dallas area.
