We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and hands‑on experience with Guidewire Policy Center
. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and support successful Policy Center implementation and enhancement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of Business Analyst experience supporting IT projects.
- 2-3 years of hands‑on experience with Guidewire Policy Center
, including implementation, upgrade, or configuration projects. - Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance policy lifecycle, including quoting, binding, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs, and business process documentation.
- Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Guidewire Studio, Product Designer, and the Policy Center data model.
- Knowledge of Policy Center integration concepts, including REST/SOAP APIs and messaging frameworks.
