Field Marketing Coordinator – Dallas, TX

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new brand ambassadors to support our growing footprint.
• Manage ambassador scheduling across multiple Costco locations, ensuring activations are staffed and set up for success.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing coaching and feedback to consistently hit targets.
• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational issues, supporting field teams in real time.
• Coordinate training programs, assist with payroll preparation, and produce operational reporting for leadership.
• Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and build scalable systems.
• Maintain strong communication with Costco location contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, on-brand activations.
• Contribute to new market launches and special operational projects as QUI expands nationally.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without dropping the ball.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Confidence taking ownership of work and making decisions independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
• Desire to grow with a company scaling rapidly and rewarding the people who help make it happen.
