Mod Med, based in Boca Raton with a global footprint, is hiring a Lead WFM Analyst to own end-to-end WFM operations. You will build capacity models, craft optimized schedules, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
You will model capacity, monitor SLA and AHT, and lead data-driven staffing and optimization initiatives, leveraging SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and industry WFM tools. A Bachelor’s in data analytics or related field is required, with 4–6+ years of experience in workforce
