Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project/Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project activities, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, executive presentations, and governance materials.
- Facilitate governance forums, leadership reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Track project financials, action items, and key performance metrics.
- Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations and perform data analysis/reporting using Excel.
- Drive accountability across multiple work streams and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while managing changing priorities and evolving requirements.
- Provide structure and clarity in ambiguous situations and support strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, adapt quickly to change, and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership stakeholders
