Key Responsibilities

As a Director within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Corporate Real Estate – Capital Projects practice, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and large-scale capital programs and projects across various industries including power generation, utilities, energy, infrastructure, technology, manufacturing, government and public sector, and other capital-intensive sectors. Projects may include conventional and renewable generation facilities, grid and transmission infrastructure, industrial facilities, data center developments, and other major infrastructure investments.

Moreover, you will have the opportunity to help clients solve complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and improve performance and resiliency related to the planning, development, delivery, financing, governance, and execution of major capital programs and projects.

A Director will support and lead engagements related to the client services described below, oversee project delivery and client deliverables, manage engagement economics including budgeting, forecasting, and billing, help create and foster client relationships, support business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and crafting proposals, participate in establishing the firm's point of view and thought leadership on key industry topics, and mentor and manage high-performing teams of Associates and Consultants.
