Senior Business Strategist

We are seeking experienced strategists with supporting technology fluency (i.e., “strategy-first, tech-aware”). Candidates should be capable of leading complex work streams, framing ambiguous problems, and delivering executive-ready recommendations.

Priority is on the following three domains:

• Issue framing, hypothesis development, and structured problem solving
• Operating model definition and scenario analysis
• Business Value Analysis
• Financial modeling and cost/benefit analysis
• Value frameworks and investment decision support
• Risk assessment and measurable outcome definition

• Business capability modeling and maturity assessment
• Customer journey and value stream mapping
• Decision frameworks and structured design approaches
• Business cases and financial models
• Process, capability, and value stream artifacts
• Synthesized insights and actionable recommendations
• Clear, executive-level presentations supporting decisions (typically power point)

• ~7–12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business architecture, or transformation
• Experience working closely with cross-functional engineering, architecture, and business teams
• Proven experience leading multi-month, cross-functional engagements
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguity and drive decisions using data
• Experience with contact center strategy, operations, or transformation decisioning is a strong plus

• Embedded within Business Architecture team
• Aligned to discrete, high-impact work streams
• Partner closely with Product, Technology, Architecture, Finance, and Operations
• Operate as senior individual contributors and/or workstream leads

• Lead with strategy and business value thinking (not implementation-first)
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem solving
• Deliver executive-facing strategy work with minimal oversight
• Can ramp quickly and operate effectively in a matrixed environment
