Senior Business Insights Analyst

We re seeking a highly analytical, business-minded professional to join our clients centralized Business Analytics team, reporting into the CFO organization. This role is focused on turning workforce and business data into actionable insights that drive decision-making, improve processes, and influence organizational strategy.

This is not a reporting-only position. They re looking for someone who can identify trends, uncover root causes, make recommendations, and help drive business action.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and develop technology-driven solutions to address operational challenges.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective data and technology solutions.
• Leverage data sources to move the organization away from manual Excel-based tracking toward more automated, scalable, and data-driven processes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Write and utilize SQL to access, analyze, and manipulate data from various sources.
• Build dashboards and executive-level presentations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Drive process improvements through data-driven recommendations.

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience translating data into business recommendations and measurable impact.
• Advanced skills in Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or Excel.
• Comfortable presenting insights to executive leadership.
• Self-starter who is curious, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Process improvement mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
