PrimaryResponsibilities
- Manage retail brand contracts throughout the full lifecycle, including execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and established contracting standards.
- Monitor contract obligations, key dates, deliverables, and performance requirements, addressing issues and escalating risks as appropriate.
- Partner with business, procurement, finance, legal, and operational teams to support contract negotiations and ongoing contract administration.
- Review contract terms and identify potential business, financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Analyze contract data and reporting to identify trends, cost savings opportunities, and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain contract administration procedures, controls, and documentation to support effective contract management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (including the use of automation and intelligence tools) that enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall contract governance.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements related to contractual obligations.
- Maintain contract management systems and ensure the accuracy and integrity of contract records.
- Other ad-hoc requests as directed
- 7+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, sourcing, legal operations, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting complex commercial, supplier, or vendor agreements preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Knowledge of contract administration principles, risk management, and commercial agreements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and execution.
- Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- CPCM or related contract management certification preferred.
* This role is open to remote on Eastern or Central time zones.
Pay Range: $75,400.00 - $
