Circuit Procurement Lead is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing telecommunications circuits that power managed Wi‑Fi networks across multi‑family residential communities (e.g., apartments, student housing, senior living). This role ensures every property has reliable, cost‑effective, and scalable connectivity to support high‑density resident usage, smart building technologies, and property operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Lead end‑to‑end procurement of internet circuits for multi‑dwelling units (MDUs), including DIA, broadband, fiber, fixed wireless, and LTE/5G backup solutions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with telecom carriers, ISPs, aggregators, and local access providers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, bulk agreements, and SLAs across portfolios of properties.
  • Evaluate circuit options based on property size, resident density, bandwidth demand, and building infrastructure.
  • Partner with network engineering and deployment teams to align circuit selection with Wi‑Fi design standards for MDUs.
  • Coordinate circuit ordering, installation, and turn‑up timelines for new property launches and existing site upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all circuits, contracts, billing details, and renewal timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for bulk purchasing, cost reduction, and standardization across properties.
  • Monitor vendor performance, uptime, and SLA compliance, particularly for high‑density environments.
  • Support escalation and resolution of circuit outages impacting residents and property operations.
  • Collaborate with property onboarding teams to ensure connectivity readiness prior to resident move‑ins.
  • Track and forecast circuit demand for new developments, acquisitions, and expansions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in telecom procurement, circuit sourcing, or ISP/vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of high‑density network requirements and circuit types (fiber, DIA, broadband, wireless failover).
  • Proven ability to negotiate telecom contracts and manage vendor relationships at scale.
  • Familiarity with bulk service agreements and multi‑site procurement strategies.
  • Ability to translate property‑specific needs into scalable connectivity solutions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills across multiple concurrent property deployments.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost optimization and performance tracking.
  • Experience with circuit inventory tools, billing systems, and procurement platforms.
  • Effective cross‑functional communication with engineering, deployment, and property stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Understand critical milestones that drive operational excellence.
  • Basic technical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in the use of a computer, and software applications including Microsoft Office.
