Regional Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Regional Support Specialist to deliver data insights and predictive models for our logistics sorting centers and field operation sites. You will translate raw operational data into actionable recommendations to improve workforce productivity, site performance and overall supply‑chain efficiency. This role requires strong technical coding skills, solid statistical knowledge, and close cross‑team collaboration with operations leadership.

Hourly Pay Rate: $21‑$23/hour

• Model Development:
  Build and optimize workforce efficiency models, sorting center data models, and site assessment models to enhance operational performance and decision-making.
• Data Analysis:
  Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business improvements.
• Code Development:
  Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code to support data processing, analysis, and model development.
• Data Sensitivity:
  Demonstrate a high level of sensitivity to data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all analytical tasks.
• Reporting:
  Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a focus on logistics or supply chain management preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
