Field Marketing Representative - Graduate Opportunity

We are hiring Field Marketing Representatives to support face to face campaigns for recognizable clients. This is a full time, on site opportunity for graduates who enjoy working with people, want to build confidence and are ready for a role with genuine room to grow.

This is not a position where you will spend the entire day sitting behind a desk. You will work directly with customers at live events and retail locations, helping our clients increase brand awareness, attract new customers and grow their presence in the market.

• Representing client brands at live events and retail campaigns
• Speaking with customers and identifying their needs
• Presenting products and services clearly and confidently
• Supporting customer acquisition and sales goals
• Creating a positive and professional customer experience
• Learning campaign systems and tracking your performance
• Working alongside an energetic and supportive team
• Participating in daily training and development sessions

You are not expected to arrive with years of experience. We provide on site training in:

• Client and product knowledge
• Customer communication
• Field marketing
• Sales and customer acquisition
• Campaign operations
• Goal setting and performance management
• Leadership and team development

You will learn by doing, receive regular coaching and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as your skills develop.

We are less concerned with finding a perfectly polished résumé and more interested in finding the right person.

Experience in retail, hospitality, sports, customer service, events or campus organizations can be helpful, but it is not required.
