Lead Product Management – Development

• Maintain complex customer inventories, campaign portfolios, and execution plans
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive actions to support operational readiness and successful outcomes
• Evaluate customer, operational, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations supporting strategic decision-making
• Partner with Technology, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to define requirements
• Support development of tools, reporting capabilities, and automation solutions improving execution and data management
• Collaborate with Product, PMO, Marketing, and Data teams to align priorities and resolve issues
• Gather customer and operational feedback to improve processes, execution strategies, and customer outcomes

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale programs, projects, or business initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and operational processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights, strategic recommendations, and operational actions
• Demonstrated ability to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities within large and complex datasets
• Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing large customer inventories, multiple work streams, and competing priorities
• Experience analyzing business performance and customer data to develop insights, recommendations, and measurable business outcomes
• Knowledge of Wireline products, customer lifecycle management, service migrations, or transformation programs
• Experience in Care, AFO, operational support, service delivery, or customer-facing organizations
• Experience working with large customer datasets, campaign management processes, or operational reporting environments
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Databricks, or similar analytical platforms
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
• 5+ years of related experience
