Product Manager

• Own product strategy and execution for Housing Wire Information Services, including data and intelligence products
• Partner with the executive team to set and execute the product roadmap
• Prioritize and sequence the roadmap across Housing Wire Data, Housing Wire Intelligence, and iOS and Android mobile applications
• Drive product capabilities and features that improve customer value, use cases, and business outcomes
• Develop expertise in mortgage and real estate data and analytics to inform product decisions
• Own and document end-to-end customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, subscription, enterprise access, account management, and data delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, adoption, and user experience across subscriber and enterprise segments
• Translate customer behavior and product performance metrics into roadmap initiatives that improve retention and revenue
• Coordinate product launches across engineering, editorial, marketing, sales, customer success, and operations
• Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and enterprise customers and translate business needs into roadmap priorities

• Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end — from discovery through delivery — across multiple products or platforms
• Ability to write clear, detailed product requirements that engineering and design teams can execute against
• Experience mapping and improving customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and retention
• Track record of leading cross-functional product launches with measurable outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to align stakeholders across functions and levels
• Product management expertise across engineering, design, sales, and customer success
• Ability to become an expert on mortgage and real estate data and analytics
