TheIT Project Manager will drive key projects aimed atoptimizingbusiness operations, solving complex problems, and ensuring efficient processes. The ideal candidate isa strong technology project manager,a hands‑on problem solver with excellent communication skills anda track recordof delivering IT initiatives, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
This is a full‑time, in‑person position offering an opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to make a significant impact on organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
Lead and manage multipleconcurrentprojects from initiation through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget. Ensure project scope, timelines, and resources are effectively controlled throughout the project lifecycle. - Operational Optimization:
Analyze current operational processes toidentifyinefficiencies or areas for improvement. Develop and implement actionable plans tooptimizeworkflows, increase productivity, and reduce costs whilemaintainingquality standards. - Problem Solving:
Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to overcome project obstacles and address operational challenges. Proactively manage risks and devise effective solutions to keep initiatives on track and achieve project objectives. - Presentations & Communication:
Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations on project plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Communicate project status and recommendations in a concise manner, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and securing buy‑in for key initiatives. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments (e.g., operations, finance, IT, etc.) to implement process changes and improvements. Facilitate collaboration and knowledge‑sharing among team members and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project. Foster a cultureofcontinuous improvement by monitoring project outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future optimizations. - Agile Project Leadership:
Apply Agile principles across multiple concurrent technology projects,facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, and driving a culture of responsiveness, collaboration, and incremental value delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is strongly preferred. An advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
PMPor equivalent certification preferred.
Experience with Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMIACP,SAFe) is a plus. - Experience:
5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement roles, with a proven track recordof delivering projects successfully and driving operational changes. Experience leading projects from planning through execution and working with cross‑functional teams is essential.
Experience leading software implementations, system integrations, or enterprise technology upgrades. - Project Management
