Job Title: Senior Manager – Management Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX – Onsite 4 days a week

Headquartered in Dallas TX, our client is a technology and strategy consultancy that aims to provide a competitive edge to its clients by solving complex problems with data, software, and strategy. They specialize in areas like technology strategy, product development, software engineering, and digital transformation, with a particular emphasis on AI, MLOps, and Data Engineering. The firm's clientele spans various industries, including AgTech, Healthcare, Logistics, and Financial Services.

You will lead client initiatives around Generative AI, MLOps, AI Strategy, and digital transformation.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream consulting engagements, from initial scoping through final handoff
• Structure engagements into clearly defined work streams with owners, milestones, and delivery objectives
• Establish engagement governance, delivery roadmaps, and communication processes to maintain alignment and accountability
• Lead discovery, assessment, and executive workshops to understand client goals, organizational readiness, and strategic priorities
• Serve as a primary client relationship leader, building trusted relationships with Director- and VP-level stakeholders
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, including consultants, analysts, and technical professionals, while maintaining accountability for delivery quality and outcomes
• Facilitate steering committees and executive discussions, aligning stakeholders on priorities, risks, and direction
• Navigate scope changes, difficult client conversations, and executive escalations while maintaining client confidence
• Develop high-quality consulting deliverables, including executive presentations, roadmaps, status reports, and strategic recommendations
• Support proposal development and new business pursuits through commercial framing, delivery strategy, and pricing input
• Contribute to consulting methodologies, delivery playbooks, and team development initiatives

You could be a great fit if you have:

• 8+ years of total professional experience, including 5+ years in management consulting or professional services
• 2+ years of experience managing consulting teams on complex client engagements
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with accountability for outcomes, quality, and client satisfaction
• Proven experience managing relationships with Director- and VP-level stakeholders
• Strong ability to manage scope changes, difficult conversations, and executive escalations
• Experience developing executive presentations, delivery roadmaps, status reports, and other client-facing deliverables
• Strong commercial acumen, including identifying expansion opportunities and contributing to proposals and pursuit efforts
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to facilitate senior-level workshops and communicate with C-suite stakeholders
• Strong understanding of consulting delivery, engagement management, and client relationship leadership

• Experience leading AI or digital transformation engagements at the program or portfolio level
• Experience with change management and business case development
• Familiarity with consulting and transformation methodologies such as McKinsey 7S, PROSCI, Agile, or SAFe
• Background in AgTech, Logistics, Financial Services, or Construction
• MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution, or equivalent experience at a Tier 1/2 consulting firm
• Professional certifications in project delivery, change management, or leadership, such as PMP or PROSCI
